Elite Säkerhet is a security company authorized by the County Administrative Board.

As Elite Säkerhet is growing, we are now looking for more employees to join our teams in Örebro, Västmanland, and Sörmland. The primary station for these positions will be in Örebro, but the work will take place throughout Örebro County, Värmland, Sörmland, and Västmanland.

You will work in a tight-knit team where we enjoy our work and view security as a given.

Experience in the security guard profession is a requirement for these positions.

Applicants must have completed both the basic security guard training VU1 and VU2 with passing grades.

Having completed at least one further education course as a security guard is considered an advantage. Other security-related education, such as crowd control or protection guard training, is also highly valued.

To apply for this position, you must have experience working with patrolling and static security. We expect you to have worked as a security guard for at least a couple of years and have a solid understanding of the profession.

To thrive in the role of a security guard at Elite Säkerhet, you need to be flexible, stress-resistant, and interested in technology. An interest in properties and technical solutions within buildings is a plus.

You should be prepared for varied working hours, as no two days are the same. Solo work is also part of the role.

The positions we are looking to fill are full-time with immediate start. The schedule includes evenings, nights, and holidays on a rotating basis. Some daytime work during holidays may also occur.

Previous experience with our reporting systems (Guardtools, Scopeguard, A-Hero, or Evedi) is considered an advantage. Experience in the installation or service of technical alarm systems is also highly valued.

Other requirements include the ability to read and write fluently in both Swedish and English. You must pass background checks from the County Administrative Board and the Police Authority, be debt-free with sound financial management, and hold a driver's license for manual transmission vehicles.

You must be a Swedish citizen and have been registered as a resident in Sweden for at least five years.
